Her leadership led to nominate her to serve in several board of directors, and also as Vice President of Colombian Business Council (CEC). She has been professor at top tier universities in Columbia, Peru, and Co-Founded Department of Strategic Management of Internal Communication at the University Pacifico. Silvia earned several degrees in Marketing and an MBA University del Norte de Colombia, and Change Management at MIT.
