Juliana is an international professor, board member and lawyer qualified in New York and Brazil with a multijurisdictional practice focused on cross-border M&A, corporate governance, investment funds and compliance. She iBoard member graduated from IBGC – Corporate Governance Institute.
Ms Araujo is skilled in negotiations of corporate acquisitions and international contracts, data privacy (GDPR and LGPD), anticorruption legislations ( FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Clean Company Act) advice, including risk assessment and negotiation of leniency agreements.
She has awarded multiple distinctions in specialized rankings, including recently Best Lawyers (M&A/Corporate Governance and Compliance 2019, 2020, 2021 and Business Global Edition 2020) and Latin America Top 100 International Lawyers ( Latinvex 2018, 2019 and 2020).
Ms Araujo has been teaching regularly courses about corporate ethics and compliance, Data Protection, M&A transactions and Doing business in Latin America.
